During my recent experience with the commissioning and startup of a new paper machine at @Barem Ambalaj Ereğli/Konya, one key lesson stood out:

Large-scale projects don’t just require investment and planning — they rely on the dedication, motivation, and collaboration of many individuals working toward a shared goal.
What truly inspired me was seeing how language and cultural differences became irrelevant when everyone was aligned, committed, and working with purpose.
Even without a common language, we communicated effectively through mutual respect, teamwork, and a shared drive to succeed. It was a powerful reminder that the strongest teams are built not just on technical skills, but on trust, unity, and collective effort.
I’m proud to have been a part of this incredible journey with the @Barem Ambalaj Ereğli/Konya team. This project was more than just a milestone — it was proof of what people can achieve when they come together with passion and purpose.
